GREEN SALADS

MANGIA BENE SIGNATURE SALAD-Organic mixed lettuces, sweet bell peppers, grape tomateos, candied pecans and honey citrus vinaigrette

WILD GREENS- Organic lettuce mix salad with your choice of dressing

SUMMER MIXED- Mixed greens tossed with Ricotta Salata (a mild goat cheese), garlic croutons and a honey citrus dressing.

ITALIAN BREAD SALAD – plum tomatoes, red onions and fresh basil in balsamic vinaigrette, 
tossed with garlic croutons

FATTOUSH – Middle-eastern bread salad with mixed greens, sweet peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and toasted pita mixed with a fresh mint and Sumac dressing.


CLASSIC CAESAR- Romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, homemade croutons and imported parmesan (add grilled chicken for lunch entrée salad)

SPINACH SALAD with candied pecans and bleu cheese

ROASTED BEET-Mixed roasted beets, navel oranges, and ornage zest vinaigrette on a bed of mixed greens

MIXED GREENS WITH GOAT CHEESE AND CANDIED ALMONDS –Served with a apple cider vinaigrette    

WILTED SPINACH -with Feta, Olives, and a warm Lemon Vinaigrette

FALL SPINACH AND PEAR-Organic spinach, bosc pears, blue cheese and toasted pecans with a miso rosemary dressing

SPRING ASPARAGUS-Pine nuts and parmesan white balsamic vinagrette

CAPRESE
Fresh tomatoes, fresh whole milk mozzarella, drizzled with homemade pesto 

LENTIL – French green lentils, roasted red peppers and mild French feta cheese dressed with an olive oil, lemon zest vinaigrette. (Perfect also as an entrée salad)   

MID-EAST CHOPPED SALAD- Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, garbanzo beans and roamine lettuce- fresh mint, olive oil and lemon 

CANNELINNI BEAN-Large white broad beans tossed wtih extra virgin olive oil, fresh sage and black pepper   
 
ORZO-(rice shaped pasta) with mixed chopped herbs, roasted pine nuts, goat cheese- lemon mint dressing 
 
TORTELLINI- Cheese filled tortellini with olives, sundried and fresh tomato tossed in a basil pesto sauce
 
SMOKED CHICKEN SALAD- One of our signature salads; smoked chicken breast, roasted chopped hazelnuts and a chiffonade of fresh spinach mixed with a Dijon mayonnaise.
 (Makes a great entrée luncheon salad)
 
ALL AMERICAN POTATO SALAD- New potatoes, fresh herbs, celery, red onion and lots of hard boiled eggs; the classic made with a fresh mayonnaise dressing  

FRENCH HERB POTATO SALAD- Roasted new potatoes, with a lemon, olive oil and fresh herb vinaigrette

GRILLED POTATO SALAD- With watercress, green onions and a bleu cheese vinaigrette 

MINTY TABBOULEH – Parsley and bulgur salad mixed with plum tomatoes, English cucumbers and dressed with a lemon fresh mint vinaigrette.  

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT SALAD-Bite sized fresh seasonal fruit (melons, berries, oranges, grapes, mango…) chopped dates in a light orange blossom dressing, garnished with fresh mint  

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT- Ginger lime dressing

ITALIAN FRUIT SALAD -Straberries and grapes macerated with a balsamic reduction, lemon zest and vanilla
