Holiday Gifts Class
Sunday December 18th
1:30-7 pm Ages 9-16
Have your kids spend the day in the kitchen making their own food related holiday gifts; home made jams and pickles, spice mixes, truffles, baking kits, spiced nuts and other goodies. We’ll make gifts all day, have dinner and have your kids and their gifts all wrapped up and ready for you at 7.
Class fee $ 110. (Includes 6 or more gift wrapped presents)

Valentines Day Class

Why does chocolate turn white and streaky when you melt it? What is the difference between, 60%, 70% and is white chocolate really chocolate? It’s pure science and we’ll learn the answer as we make valentines treats. We'll make natural fillings, temper chocolate, make truffles and fill and mold lots of different and unique delights for your child to take home. We use high quality milk, dark and white chocolates and all natural ingredients and flavorings to send your kids off with the best boxed gift of filled chocolates and truffles you've ever had and recipes and know how for you to do it all again at home next year
