Lady fingers soaked in brandy and espresso, layered with sweetened mascarpone and shaved imported bittersweet chocolate

CHOCOLATE RUFFLE LAYER CAKE

Three layers of chocolate genoise, filled with chocolate crème fraiche, raspberries and sweetened crème fraiche. Banded with bittersweet chocolate and topped with chocolate roses, stands over 6 inches tall
 
CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE-
One of most popular wedding cakes; moist chocolate layer cake, brushed with a framboise  syrup and layered with fresh raspberries, chocolate ganache and a sweetened mascarpone whipped cream

STRAWBERRY CREAM CAKE-(Can be a tiered wedding cake layer)
Rich white buttermilk cake with lime zest layered with macerated fresh strawberries and mascarpone whipped cream

GOLDEN ALMOND LAYER CAKE -(Can be a tiered wedding cake layer)

Light golden layer cake, filled with sweetened mascarpone, raspberries and glazed with bittersweet chocolate ganache or a sweetened creme fraiche whipped cream

BEST LEMON POUND CAKE

A dense lemon pound cake baked in a fluted tube pan, covered in lemon glaze served with sweetened creme fraiche, Can also be made with blueberries

SOUR CREAM BANANA CHEESECAKE

The best, creamiest combination. Can also be made plain and with a fruit topping

MANGIA'S ULTIMATE CARROT CAKE  (Can be a tiered wedding cake)
A very moist, lightly spiced layered cake. Crushed pineapple stands in for the raisins, toasted coconut and walnuts add to the party. Cake is layered with a not overly sweet whipped cream cheese and mascarpone icing. Also available in cupcake form

LEMON GENOISE-(Can be a tiered wedding cake layer)

An original, light lemon cake layered with lemon curd, raspberry puree and frosted with lemon buttercream, we often make this cake for weddings

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT-(Can be a tiered wedding cake layer)

Chocolate cake layered with hazelnut truffle, covered in chocolate glaze

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORT

a rich, flour less chocolate cake served with a raspberry puree

FRESH FRUIT CUSTARD TART

sweet shortbread crust, filled with custard and topped with glazed fresh seasonal fruit

ASSORTED SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT PIES AND COBBLERS

blueberry lattice pie, apple, peach, blackberry, marionberry, pumpkin etc. (served with whipped cream or ice cream)
